You can management and record your training by Gym DB. Gym DB will support your body making by line chart of Muscle strength(1RM), Running ability and body weight.(like gymgoal) What is 1RM? One rep maximum in weight training is the maximum amount of weight one can lift in a single repetition for a given exercise. You can know how much power-up your muscle by 1RM history. Usage**(You can know the rough usage by above snap shots) Set-up 1.Input your body weight. You can change the unit type between kg,km,km/h style and lbs,mi,mph style. This is not translation but label change. 2.Push "program" button and make training program. 3-1.Runing program Set program name. Select Time-trial(how fast) or Distance-trial(how far). Set training speed, time and distance. Time/Distance-trial which is already used for another training program cannot be changed some parameter. 3-2.Weight program Set program name. You can select some famous training machine from right side selector. Select target muscle. If you select training machine, this will be automatically set. Select right/left or both for the target muscle. Sit-up and Back-extension is self-weight training. 60% of your body weight will be added as the base load if you check the check box. Set the load weight and repeat. Over 25times cannot calculate the 1RM and 0 will be set. You can edit the program by single tap, and copy, delete by long tap on the program list. 4.Back to top page, and push "schedule" button. Add check for each day of the week. When you complete to set for all day of the week, Setup is done. Work out 1.Input your body weight for the day. Node Type Render Node Description and Purpose The Render node is one of the main nodes in Terragen 2. The Render node contains the settings used to produce final renders and is also used to start rendering animation sequences. The Render node works in concert with the Camera node to create a render of your scene from a specific perspective. Basic controls include the Width and Height of your output image, the camera from which your scene will be rendered, overall scene Detail, and Antialiasing. Many additional controls for fine-tuning scene detail and quality are also provided, including Global Illumination (GI) settings, as well as Contrast and Gamma Correction functions. You can also render partial crops of your select cameras view using the Crop Region functions. Sequence/Output allows you to output a sequence of images for animation (only functional in Animation version). When you start a new project in TG2 there are two render nodes created for you. One is called "Full Render" and the other is called "Quick Render". Both of these nodes are Render nodes. The difference between them is that "Full Render" has preset settings more suitable to a final render whereas "Quick Render" has lower quality presets suitable for a quick preview render. Settings Master Check this to make the node the Master render node. The Master render node is the one which will be used to render projects loaded from the command line or a batch file. Image width This param sets the width of the rendered image. Image height This param sets the height of the rendered image. Lock aspect ratio If this is checked then the image aspect ratio is locked.
